A welcoming movement session for neuro-divergent children, including children with autism or ADHD, and their parents or caregivers.
Led by Dr Karthik Pillay and his coaching team, families will explore playful activity stations involving balance, coordination, gentle strengthening and working together.
Each child participates alongside their caregiver, with options to watch first, take breaks and join at their own pace.
The session focuses on enjoyable movement, body awareness, confidence and caregiver–child connection.
Activities are followed by a short sharing session, giving caregivers practical ideas to try at home and opportunities to discuss what works for their child.
Come ready to explore, move and connect. Every child's participation can look different.
This workshop is intended for children between 5 and 10 years old.
Please note for safety consideration, the registration does not guarantee confirmation of the class. Confirmed attendees will receive a confirmation email nearer to date.
